The "Worry Free
Warranty and System Operation Service" is available to
all Star Tech Health retail customers regardless of device
owned. A separate warranty must be purchased for each device
owned. For current owners of Star Tech Health devices who
opt NOT to enroll during this grace period you will not be
offered this opportunity again, and ALL future services and
products will be fee-based or sold at the retail value. The
following information is provided for you to evaluate your
options and determine whether to enroll in the new program
at this time.
Pricing for the "Worry Free Warranty and System
Operation Service"
- One year fee paid annually or bi-annually
by contract @ $600 a year.
- The warranty agreement is renewed annually
for a period of four years.
- Free Orion, Pegasus or Omega
Software updates.
- Shipping and handling is not covered under
the warranty. Also, software updates do not refer to changes
to hardware re-design or configuration changes.
- Star Tech does not warrant computers or peripherals
(coil wires, probes, stylus, power supply & software disks).
Pricing for non-warranty service, repairs and software
upgrades.
- Telephone Service or Systems Operations
Help Desk - billed at $1.50 per minute with a 10 minute
minimum. Credit Card required prior to service.
- Hardware Repairs - Billed at $75 per hour
with one hour minimum. Credit Card required prior to service.
- Software Upgrades - Orion System is CALL
per upgrade, Pegasus and Omega are CALL per upgrade.
